- Upper Body Pulling -- Pull-up, Chin-up, and Row
- Pushing -- Push-up and Dip
- Introduction to timed static contraction (TSC)
- Lower back and abdominals
- Exercises for grip, foream, and neck
Sunday:
- Lower body -- Gluteals, hamstrings, hips, and thighs, calves, ankles, and feet
