Program Flow (4 Weekends)

Week 1 – Mobility & Breath: Reset the System

  • Restore range of motion and joint health

  • Breath mechanics for vital nerve energy and longevity

  • Simple daily 10-minute mobility ritual

  • Group Discussion

Week 2 – Strength & Structure: Rebuild the Foundation

  • Efficient strength training (bodyweight + isometrics)

  • Steve’s High-Intensity Training (HIT) principles with Supers slow, negative-emphasis, and timed static-contraction methods

  • Posture, load, and balance

  • Homework: Three short, at-home strength circuits

Week 3 – Mindset & Recovery: Reclaim Your Energy

  • Nervous system regulation, powerful stress reduction for resilience

  • Recovery strategies for lifelong training and recreation

  • Guided breathwork and restorative natural human movement

  • Discussion: Building sustainable habits—and why

Week 4 – Integration & Flow: Strength Meets Freedom

  • Combine mobility and strength in flowing movement at your own pace and ability

  • Group workout + integration practice
