“In a world awash with wellness gurus, conflicting advice, fad diets, and supplement overload, knowing where to turn for real, trustworthy guidance is challenging. Despite a deluge of wellness content, it seems we’re collectively unhealthier than ever. At times like these, it helps to learn from someone who has genuinely walked the path.”

In sickness and in health

A lot of folks give up their training when they are hurt, or sick. It is not uncommon for people to struggle to get back on the horse after a lay off. It doesn’t have to be that way… I have many ways to get around that. There is no reason to give up your on fitness, regardless of circumstance. You can train through most injuries and at the very least, maintain strength through most every physical challenge and obstacle. I have administered workouts to people that are bed bound!

I’m glad that you’re here and I’m looking forward to getting started.
