Steve Maxwell’s Morning Routine Bundle

Morning Routine 2026 + Short Form Morning Routine

When I wake up in the morning, I set my intentions for the day. A big part of that is specific mobility drills right in bed.

My morning routine is like a mini exercise system for getting my body ready to go. I use various exercises and drills that I have acquired over decades.

Over the years, my needs have changed, and the morning routine changes with me.

Steve Maxwell’s Morning Routine 2026 is Steve’s latest morning practice, designed to wake up the body, restore movement after sleep, address stiffness, and prepare the joints and body for the demands of the day.

This bundle includes two versions of Steve’s morning practice:

Steve Maxwell’s Morning Routine 2026
The complete routine, with Steve taking his time to walk you through the movements and share the how’s and whys behind his practice.

Steve Maxwell’s Short Form Morning Routine
An abbreviated version you can follow when you want to get your body moving and get on with your day.

If you already have a personal morning routine, this series may give you new ideas and movements that can be adapted and incorporated into your existing practice.

A Practice Decades in the Making

When I was a young man, still a teenager, I used to pore over physical culture and strength training magazines. In those days, most young men got their information from muscle mags, which you bought at the corner newsstand.

One thing all the strong men and fitness icons of the era had in common was a morning routine.

I was very intrigued.

Bob Hoffman from the old York Barbell Club had something called the Daily Dozen. Nikolai Amosov had his Thousand Moves to Heaven. Jack LaLanne had an extensive morning routine. These are three out of countless examples.

I realized early that a good morning routine can get you set for the day and really help how you move and feel.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve gained more interest in energetic exercises, including breath work and qi gong. Over the years, I’ve added some exercises and removed others. Even though the routines vary, the core elements remain the same.

I made this video because I have a genuine desire to help people feel and look their best.

This series is for anyone who wishes to increase their energy, vitality, and health reserve.

In strength & health,
Steve Maxwell
